As Dollar General values their customers’ candid feedback and strives to make their experience better the survey participants should be honest with their opinion and take the survey on their own.

Requirements to take the DGx survey and enter the sweepstakes

To get the free entry of the drawing contest at the end of the survey, participants must meet some certain eligibility criteria such as:

Entrants must be legal residents of 50 United States and District of Columbia.
They must be at least 18 years old at the time of prize drawing entry.
They must not be the members or immediate family members of the sponsors and the administrator of the Survey.
Must have a recent Dollar General Purchase receipt containing a survey code to take the DGx survey online.

How to take the Survey and win a $100 Gift Card

The eligible customers of Dollar General may follow the short guideline provided below. Have the receipt with you and get started.

Select the time of visit; enter the store number including the initial 0’s and the 15-digit survey code from the receipt.
Click “Start” to proceed.
Fill out the survey to the best of your knowledge.
Provide the required details to enter the sweepstakes.

All the necessary information that you need to enter in the first page of the survey, can be found towards the bottom of your receipt. Two pieces of sample receipt image highlighting the required digits in the red boxes posted left-hand side of the page to help you locate those on your Dollar General Receipt.

A few notes on DGx Survey

The survey can be taken in Spanish by the link provided near the bottom of the entry page.
Entry of the survey is limited for one participant per entry period.
The Sweepstakes Period is April 28, 2018, to February 1, 2019.
400 prizes will be awarded in the entire sweepstakes period. The total ARV of all prizes is $40,000; each gift card is $100.
The potential winner will be contacted through email or phone call and they must provide their complete mailing address within 3 days of that notification for the prize delivery after verification.
