To do that they are inviting their valued customers to participate in the Chipotle Feedback Customer Satisfaction Survey and share their feedback based on their most recent experience. And as a reward for taking the time to complete the survey, they will be automatically entered the sweepstakes grab the golden chance to win Chipotle Burritos for a year in form of the 52 Chipotle Burrito Cards.
Requirements for the survey and the sweepstakes
For taking part in the survey and enter into the monthly drawing contest, you need to meet the following requirements.
- You must be a legal resident of 50 United States or The District of Columbia.
- You should be at least 13 years old at the time of the Sweepstakes entry.
- You must have a receipt for the purchase of food or beverage at a participating Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurant with a survey link and a unique code printed on that.
- You and any of your immediate family members should not be an employee, representative or agent of the sponsor or any of its subsidiaries, licensees, or affiliates
- The survey must be completed within the mentioned time period on the receipt
How to take the Chipotle Feedback Survey
In order to complete the survey online and enter the drawing, you need to-
- Visit www.chipotlefeedback.com
- The page will be loaded in English by default. You can switch it to Spanish by choosing the language from the top of the page.
- Enter the 20-digit special invitation code from your receipt. (Find difficult to locate the receipt code see the above sample Chipotle Mexican Grill receipt image on the page).
- Click on “BEGIN SURVEY” and fill out the survey correctly as per your experience.
- Those, who don’t have a receipt, click the respective link below the survey code entry field to continue.
- Complete the entry form providing your first name, last name, zip code, email address to be eligible for the drawing prior to submitting the survey.

Few Notes on the Chipotle Survey
- The entire sweepstakes are divided into thirteen separate monthly entry periods from July 22, 2018, to August 21, 2019.
- The entry is limited one per person per day
- The survey and sweepstakes entry can be done without making a purchase of the Chipotle
- Each of the fifty-two Chipotle Burrito Cards is up to a value of $10 and the total ARV (Approximate retail value) is $520 of each prize
- The gift cards are redeemable at any participating Chipotle Restaurant
- All the potential selected winners will be notified within approximately 5 days after the drawing date by email
- Winners’ list will be posted online after they are confirmed
- The survey entrants can check the privacy policy, survey support and the sweepstakes rules from the link posted below the survey page.
