- Scroll down and click on “TAKE THE SURVEY” link to be directed to the survey page
- Type the name or the ID number of the BLUE specialists (can be found on your Blue Buffalo card) you spoke with.
- Then answer some simple questions about the knowledge, behavior of the Blue specialist and your interaction with him or her and your buying experience based on that.
- Rate your experience and write your message if there is anything you would like to tell them.
