To complete the survey successfully and enter the drawing to win the prize, you will need to have the eligibility and fulfill the requirements.

Eligibility

Must be physically residing in Canada.
You must be at least the majority in your respective jurisdiction at the time of sweepstakes entry.
You must make a purchase from a participating Toys “R” Us or Babies “R” Us and receive a register sales receipt with a survey invitation.
The survey must be completed within 7 days of purchase date

Go to the survey site at www.survey.foreseeresults.com/toysrus.ca
Enter the required details i.e. Province, Store ID, Transaction ID, Register ID, Date of the Transaction from your receipt. (The locations of all the information are clearly shown in the image of a sample receipt provided on the page).
Select your age group and check the box to agree to the privacy policy of Toys “R” Us/Babies “R” Us.
Solve the captcha and click “Submit”.
Complete the survey to the best of your knowledge and provide the required details to enter the prize draw.
