Give details for your rating. Or you can choose the option ‘I have nothing to say’.
Click ‘Next’.
On the basis of your recent visit to the store rate the products, store environment, fitting rooms, value for money, staff’s behaviour.
Click ‘Next’.
Answer all the survey questions accordingly from the given options.
Enter your appropriate age and gender.
Answer the remaining questions honestly.
Give your rating on the staff of the store.
Click ‘Next’.
Give your views accordingly to the given question.
Click ‘Next’.
Before completing the survey enter your personal details such as name, email address.

Prize to be Won

After completing the survey you will have a chance to win £250 for UK winner, €300 for winners from Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, $300 for a winner from the USA.

How the Winners will be Notified:

The winners will be notified within 10 days of the draw and they must confirm by telling their full name and email address. If the winners are unable to respond within 14 business then they will be disqualified and no alternate winners will be selected.

Rules to Receive the Prize:
