Walmart is inviting their customers, who have received a survey invitation during their latest purchase made on Walmart, to participate in the Wal-Mart In-Store Satisfaction Survey at www.survey.walmart.com and give their feedback based on that shopping experience. For your time to complete the survey, you will be entered in a drawing for the chance to win one of five $1000 Walmart shopping cards or one of seven hundred and fifty $100 Walmart shopping cards.

If the Walmart Customers received a receipt for a purchase from walmart.com and then picked up in one of the Walmart stores, you need to access the survey from the link sent to their email address used to make that purchase.

To complete Walmart Survey and enter Sweepstake

The entire Walmart Survey will take no longer than 10 minutes to complete. Before the participation, take a look at the eligibility and requirements you must meet for the survey and the sweepstakes.

Eligibility

Must be a legal resident of 50 US, the District of Columbia or Puerto Rico (for the Canadian version of the survey the entrants must be the legal resident of Canada).
You must be 18 years of age or older or the age of majority in your province or territory of residence as of the date of entry.
You must receive a Walmart cash register receipt containing a survey invitation to enter the survey online.
Must complete the survey within the time period mentioned in your survey invitation.

The recipient of the survey invitation from a store in Canada, click the link posted below the language area to be directed to the Wal-Mart Canada Survey
Select your preferred language between English and Spanish to take the survey and continue.
Read the survey description; check out the sweepstakes rules, Walmart privacy policy and others before beginning the survey.
Provide your 4-digit birth year (6-digit postal code for the Canada Survey).
Enter the required information like store number, ID from the receipt to get started.
Answer all the survey questions and submit.
Upon completion, you will be prompted to fill out an entry form in order to eligible for the sweepstake.
