A purchase receipt of the Sports Academy Outdoors has to be retained for participating in the survey through an online entry method. Those who would opt to enter the survey through the mail-in method, there is no need to have a purchase receipt.
Please remember that the entries made through the mail must be definitely postmarked while the lucky draw is going to be eligible for receiving a prize.
Any sort of associates, employees or relatives related to the company will not be eligible to participate in the survey
The participants cannot claim their scope of winning by virtue of making purchases
The chances of winning the sweepstakes is solely dependent on the total number of eligible entries received
By taking part in the official survey of Academy Sports Outdoors, every participant shall abide by the official rules and discretion made by the Sponsor’s end

Please select your preferred language to finish the survey. At the bottom left side of the page, language option is been given- either choose English or Spanish
Participants are requested to fill up the necessary details
Enter the date and time as indicated on the sample receipt on the right side of the survey page
Then provide the transaction number, store number, and the registration number as well in the relevant blank boxes
Please do refer the sample purchase receipt on the right side of the survey page in order to locate the transaction number, store number and the register number too
Then click on the “start” button and finish the following steps of the survey
In order to view an emailed version of the purchase receipt email, please click the option given below the sample image that states “To see an emailed receipt image click here”

Mail-in entry –

Those who opt to take part via mail-in, please write your full name, a valid email id, correspondence address that includes your city, state, zip and pin code as well, and last but not the least your contact number, on a 3” x 5” piece of paper

How the Winner will be Selected:

How the Winner will be Notified:
