Eligibility for the survey

Delivery of the prizes
The administrator will deliver prizes of weekly Drawing winners within eight weeks. The monthly winners will be notified by email and it will be within ten days after the applicable Monthly Drawing Dates. The Administrator will leave one voice message or send one email. If a voice message is not available or if the potential winner does not reply within three business days the prize will be forfeited.
